Quick Update

I've been really busy since I'm back from Everest. It was hard at the beginning, until mid-July, in terms of energy level and capacity to get back on top of things but I eventually got back in a great routine. 

I'm now training 3x times a week for already 6 weeks and I will be kicking off my "Everest training season" tomorrow, September 1st for a build up to April 2018.

that's right, I'm planning to go back in April to give it another shot. it's not official yet as I still need to raise the funding and get the time off approved but it's looking good. 

I should be taken in charge by the professionals at Premiere Performance to get a more specific training than last year. More to come on my training routine and what I'll do different this time to reach the top of the world
